<p>Once the BIOS is upgraded boot into the BIOS and change the &#8220;AHCI Mode&#8221; from &#8220;disabled&#8221; to &#8220;enabled&#8221;.</p>
<p>This is probably not a 100% fix but it is worth a shot. It worked for my Wind U123.</p>

<p>2nd) While powered off slide the keypad open, press and hold the &#8220;X&#8221; key. While holding the key press and hold the power button. A few seconds will elapse and the device will present you with a white triangle and a yellow explanation point.</p>
<p>3rd) With triangle visible slide the keypad closed and simultaneously press the &#8220;volume up&#8221; and &#8220;camera&#8221; button (you may need to press a couple times).</p>
<p>4th) Once successfully invoking both keys a menu will appear and instruct you to use the &#8220;d-pad&#8221; to select the &#8220;reset&#8221; option and depress the gold &#8220;OK&#8221; button on the keypad.</p>
